Pastor Tim Wilcox

Pastor Wilcox is a Northern Virginia transplant having grown up in the Tysons Corner area. He and his wife, Paula, came to Fredericksburg in 1992 with a vision to start a church that deeply cared for the people in its surrounding communities and that had a tremendous passion to live out Biblical principles.

Since the inception of Choice Baptist Church the Wilcox's have sought to have a dynamic ministry of strengthening families and raising happy, obedient children.

Paula is a tremendous pastor's wife. She is a stay-at-home mom which allows her to be active in the ministry and in the lives of the ladies at Choice. Tim and Paula love the ministry that God has given to them, but their greatest joy is spending time with their four precious children.

A passage God used to call Pastor Wilcox into full-time ministry was II Peter 3:11 "Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness." Pastor Wilcox desires to be the kind of person he ought to be to Make A Difference in Fredericksburg and around the world. "And of some have compassion, making a difference." Jude 22

Kristia Fletcher - Office Administrator

Kristia and her husband, Dean are active members of Choice Baptist Church.

Kristia's previous ministries include Preschool ministry leader, Ladies Small Group leader, and AWANA worker. Her 3 children love their church and are learning to serve the Lord here.
